Terms of Service — Storefront by Models Boutique

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Storefront by Models Boutique app ("the app"), operated by Models Boutique, Baltimore, MD ("we", "us"). By installing the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

2. What the app does

The app adds a curated catalogue of women's fashion to your Shopify store. When you install, you become an affiliate: products are sold through your storefront, fulfilled by us or our suppliers, and you earn commission on qualifying sales. You are responsible for how you present and promote the boutique on your store.

3. Commission and payouts

You earn commission on sales placed through your storefront that are paid and not refunded, at the rate shown in your affiliate dashboard. Commission is tracked automatically. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect to a payout account you set up and verify; you are responsible for the accuracy of that account and for any taxes on your earnings. We may set a minimum payout threshold. Refunded or fraudulent orders do not earn commission, and commission already paid on an order later refunded may be adjusted against future payouts.

4. Fulfilment and inventory

Products are dropshipped. We handle inventory, pricing, and fulfilment of orders placed through the boutique. Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misrepresent the products, engage in fraudulent ordering or self-referral abuse, use the app for unlawful purposes, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Product images, descriptions, and the app itself remain our property or that of our licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable licence to display the boutique on your store while the app is installed.

7. Availability and liability

The app is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the commission owed to you at the time a claim arises.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. On uninstall, the boutique stops appearing on your store; earned but unpaid commission remains payable subject to these terms. We may terminate or suspend the app or your account with notice where reasonable.
